Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final - I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancelations.

Damaged or Stolen Items

If for some reason your piece arrives to you broken, please contact me immediately after receiving your piece and send detailed photos. You must keep the package and its contents in its current state until advised otherwise.

Stolen Packages

I am not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered, but you cannot locate it, it is your responsibility to watch for delivered packages.

Shipping Policies

I ship worldwide - however, packages shipped within Canada and to the US are offered with tracking. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

You are responsible for tracking your items through the carrier and are to contact them directly with any inquiries. I am not responsible for lost or late packages, or anything else that is out of my control once the package is shipped.

International Shipping: Tracking is not available for international packages. If you would like tracking and live outside of North America, please contact me for a shipping quote. Please be advised that packages may take up to 1-2 months for delivery by surface.
